Enjoy effortless relaxation as you journey into deep rest with a special live sound “bath” & Yoga Nidra practice with Trish Hart. This is an immersive concert of meditative tones and vibrations with a variety of instruments including flute, bowls, and chimes. Reach deeper states of relaxation, meditation, and feel “re-tuned,” restored, rebalanced. When combined with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation and form of yogic sleep, this practice has been shown in research to improve sleep quality, reduce anxiety, and even provide the restorative benefits of deep sleep in a shorter time.  One hour of this practice is equivalent to three hours of restful sleep!
