This is an immersive concert of meditative tones and vibrations with a variety of instruments including flute, bowls, and chimes. Reach deeper states of relaxation, meditation, and feel “re-tuned,” restored, rebalanced. When combined with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation and form of yogic sleep, this practice has been shown in research to improve sleep quality, reduce anxiety, and even provide the restorative benefits of deep sleep in a shorter time.
