Mindfulness for Teens: 5 Week Series In-Person
For Students in Grades 6-12:
Join us for a weekly mindfulness series designed just for teens and led by our Teen Room Coordinator, Kate. Each session is a chance to relax, recharge, and get ready for the week ahead. We’ll start with a healthy afterschool snack and the option to make a cup of herbal tea, then explore simple and accessible mindfulness practices—like breathing exercises, journaling, quiet movement, and more. We'll wrap up by setting positive intentions for the week ahead.
No experience needed—just bring yourself, an open mind, and maybe a friend.
Registration for the series is encouraged, but drop-ins are always welcome!

This program is generously funded by the Friends of Scituate Town Library. Visit the Friends' Bookstore on the lower level of the library! Proceeds help the Friends fund museum passes and special programs for all ages.
