This class is designed specifically for older adults and provides a simple, approachable introduction to AI — what it is, how it works, and how everyday people can use tools like ChatGPT in practical ways.
Together, we will explore how AI can help with daily tasks, learning, creativity, organization, communication, and more. The class will also cover important safety considerations, including scams, misinformation, privacy, and how to use AI thoughtfully and securely online.
No technical background is required. This is a relaxed, hands-on class focused on understanding, curiosity, and building confidence with one of the most important technologies of our time.
