This pass enables library cardholders the opportunity to purchase ferry tickets at 50% off for up to four people using a unique discount code. The email confirmation you will receive contains an attached PDF with your pass information.

Ferries are boarded at Long Wharf North in Downtown Boston. The Boston Harbor Islands Ferry travels from Boston’s Long Wharf to George’s Island Thursday through Sunday from May 15th through June 14th and then every day from June 16th through September 1st. The ferry travels to Spectacle Island now through September 1st. After September 1st, weekend departures to Spectacle Island continue through October 13th. Please check the ferry schedule for specific dates.  Tickets departing from Long Wharf can be purchased online or over the phone at 617-227-4321. All discounted departures are from Long Wharf, except for Peddocks Island. The Peddocks Island Ferry departs from Hingham Shipyard and is discounted from June 15th through October 12th. The Peddocks Island Ferry does not run on Tuesdays and the schedule will be limited to Thursday through Sunday after September 9th.
